Heels Are A Girl's Best Friend

Diet soda is as much an accessory in the fashion world as double-stick tape and Spanx, so it’s no wonder the beverage of choice for supermodels and fashionistas everywhere is getting a stylish make-over. 

Shoe guru Manolo Blahnik is dressing up special limited edition Coca-Cola Light bottles (aka Diet Coke as it is known outside the U.S) with images of his sexy stilettos.  Only 10,000 bottles have been created but distribution is not yet known (wah!).  Check out the designer bottle after the jump . . .

Manolo first added his special brand of magic to the Coke bottle during the height of Sex and the City fame in 2005, which have since become cult classics. 

With the just announced go-ahead of the SATC movie sequel, I can just imagine Patricia Fields rounding up bottles that Carrie will get into a bidding war to buy on eBay. 

Like a woman at a 80% off sale at Barneys, I am determined to get my hands on one of these Blahnik bottles.  But I definitely couldn’t bear to pop the top, could you?
