1920s Inspiration for the Working Flapper in You
One of the decades I most admire in terms of fashion is the 1920s. Most of us imagine the flappers with piles of necklaces, bobbed hair, shortened dresses and questionable morals for the time.
These girls lived it up! The drank, smoked, and flirted with men. But we never really think about the same girl during the day. What did she wear when she went to school? Work? She couldn’t wear a beaded wisp of a dress during daylight hours right?
Well I was lucky enough to find a pair of shoes that a flapper might love for her 9 to 5.

These shoes are perfect for the inner flapper in all of us. The low heel ensures that our feet won’t be tired after a long day at work so that we can go out and Charleston all night long, plus they are made by Stride Rite, so you know they are comfy. The combination of patent leather and tweed like fabric is perfect for corporate environments.
