Raul Guayta, owner and sole repairer of Master Shoe Repair, is on my A-list of cobblers.  He is the winner of eight Shoe Service Magazine awards for excellence.  Unfortunately for those subscribers of FantasticToe who do not live in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, you cannot avail yourselves of his service as he is located in Rockville, MD.
